Terms & Conditions for Weddingmastro Services Introduction Uway Ventures Private Limited ("Weddingmastro," "we," or "us") operates a platform offering wedding-related services to prospective couples, vendors, and businesses. This includes the Weddingmastro website, wedding planning app, business (vendor) app, Wedsta app, and all related features or applications (collectively, the "Services"). The platform connects clients (Couples) with vendors for their wedding services. By accessing or using our Services, either as a "Visitor" or a "User" (Customer or Vendor), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. 1. Eligibility By registering, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and comply with all applicable laws. Your use of Weddingmastro Services is void where prohibited. 2. Term This Agreement remains effective while you use our Services. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your access to the Services will be blocked, but Weddingmastro retains ownership of all content. 3. User Content Ownership & Rights: You maintain ownership of the content (photos, videos, etc.) you upload to Weddingmastro. However, by submitting content, you grant Weddingmastro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload. Weddingmastro is not liable for any intellectual property violations or infringements related to the content you submit. Removal: You can request the removal of your content, and we will make reasonable efforts to do so. However, any sublicensed content will remain in effect as per the terms granted prior to removal. 4. Weddingmastro Content Weddingmastro owns and retains rights to its platform's content, including any intellectual property (trademarks, copyrights, etc.). You are granted a limited, non-sublicensable license to view this content for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit Weddingmastro's content without permission. 5. If we become aware of a user repeatedly infringing copyright, we will take necessary actions, including account termination. Customers By using Weddingmastro, you acknowledge that you are only gathering information about wedding vendors. Any bookings are made directly with vendors, separate from Weddingmastro, and we are not liable for any issues arising thereafter. Content, such as photographs shared with Weddingmastro for feature purposes, remains the property of the customer. Once submitted, it is understood that Weddingmastro has the right to reuse or repost this content. While Weddingmastro strives to make the process as smooth as possible, we are not responsible for any future issues that may arise. 8. Vendors Vendors listed on Weddingmastro use the platform to reach potential customers. They are solely responsible for the accuracy of their profile information. Any misrepresentation, whether regarding their identity or services, is the vendor's responsibility alone. Weddingmastro acts only as a listing platform, facilitating connections, but is not involved in the transactions between vendors and customers. Vendors must ensure that they only use original content, not misrepresenting others' work as their own. Additionally, Weddingmastro has commercial arrangements with select vendors, offering them extra visibility for a fee. However, this does not guarantee bookings. Vendor Reviews Reviews are a vital component of the Weddingmastro platform. We prioritize maintaining the integrity of reviews. Vendors can request clients to leave reviews, either through the platform directly or by sending them to Weddingmastro. However, offering compensation or soliciting reviews from family or friends is strictly prohibited. Such reviews will be removed, and action may be taken. In case of a disputed review, Weddingmastro may request evidence from the vendor to support the claim. If the evidence is valid, the review will be removed. Profile Deletion Weddingmastro does not allow vendors to delete their profiles voluntarily. If requested, we may mark the profile as unclaimed, but it will remain visible in an unverified state if it was previously listed. 9. User Disputes Weddingmastro is a listing platform and is not responsible for any disputes between users, whether involving vendors or other customers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by vendors or customers. Any conflicts must be resolved directly between the involved parties. 10. Promotions and Giveaways Occasionally, Weddingmastro will conduct promotions or giveaways in collaboration with third parties.
